No Liability for AI Output:

We are not responsible for business decisions, losses, or consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated photos. You assume all risk associated with using AI-generated content for your business purposes.

By using our service, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always meet subjective expectations.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

5. Payments

You retain all rights to your original uploaded product images.

For AI-generated content:

You may not use PrimePic for:

  • Illegal or unlawful activities
  • Harmful, abusive, misleading, or offensive content

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimePic shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the previous 6 months.
