This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and subscription billing are handled for our AI-powered product photography services.

1. Nature of Digital AI Services

PrimePic provides AI-generated digital content services. Since our services involve immediate processing and delivery of digital content, refunds are limited as described below.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that AI-generated content is created instantly using automated systems and may vary in style, quality, and output.

2. Refund Policy

No Refund After Processing

Once your uploaded images have been processed by our AI systems and content generation has started, no refunds will be issued.

This includes:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality
  • Differences between expected and actual AI results
  • Styling or model appearance preferences
  • Background or composition preferences
  • Commercial suitability concerns

AI-generated outputs are inherently variable and subjective.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order
  • Payment was successfully deducted but service was never delivered
  • A technical failure on PrimePic's side prevented generation entirely
  • Billing errors caused incorrect charges

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

3. Subscription Cancellation

If PrimePic offers subscription plans:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation prevents future billing only
  • Already paid subscription fees are non-refundable
  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period

PrimePic does not provide partial refunds for unused subscription periods.

4. Order Cancellation

Because AI generation begins immediately after upload/payment:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processing starts
  • If processing has not started due to system delay, cancellation may be requested by contacting support

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a billing issue occurred, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent access restriction.
