PrimePic provides AI-generated digital content services. Since our services involve immediate processing and delivery of digital content, refunds are limited as described below.
By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that AI-generated content is created instantly using automated systems and may vary in style, quality, and output.
Once your uploaded images have been processed by our AI systems and content generation has started, no refunds will be issued.

Refunds may be considered only if:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
If PrimePic offers subscription plans:
PrimePic does not provide partial refunds for unused subscription periods.
Because AI generation begins immediately after upload/payment:
If you believe a billing issue occurred, please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or permanent access restriction.
